Overview
Work Calendar Push is a desktop application that copies calendar events from Google Calendar to a Microsoft Outlook calendar. The application runs on your device. We do not operate a server that collects or stores your calendar information.
Google user data
The application requests read-only Google Calendar access. It reads your calendar list and event details, including event titles, descriptions, dates, times, and attendee email addresses, so it can identify and copy upcoming events to Outlook. Work Calendar Push does not modify or delete data in Google Calendar.
The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and sharing
Google OAuth credentials and tokens, Outlook browser-session data, and sync history are stored locally in the application data directory on your device. Calendar details are sent to Google and Microsoft only as needed to read and create calendar events. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers.
Website data
This static website does not use accounts, cookies, advertising, or analytics. Cloudflare may process basic request information, such as IP addresses and security signals, to deliver and protect the site under its own privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
Local application data remains on your device until you remove it. You can revoke the application's Google access from your Google Account permissions and delete its local application data at any time. Uninstalling the application may not automatically remove its application data directory.
Security
We limit Google access to a read-only calendar scope and keep credentials on your device. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so you remain responsible for securing your device and accounts.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the application changes. The effective date above will identify the latest revision. For privacy questions or requests, open an issue in the Work Calendar Push issue tracker.
